SYS Youth Summit brought together young talents, industry professionals, and thought leaders to explore the opportunities shaping the future of technology and the evolving demands of the job market. Organized by YDP (Youth Development Pioneers) under the Egyptian Federation of Youth Entities and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the summit featured discussions and sessions covering emerging technologies, AI, software engineering, marketing, career development, and the future of work. Novera participated as a key partner, bringing a practical industry perspective through two featured sessions. Mahmoud Askar, Co-Founder & CEO of Novera, delivered “Beyond AI: From Problem to Business Solution,” exploring the evolution from traditional AI applications toward Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered systems designed to address real-world business challenges. Nour Elden Hany, Co-Founder & CTO of Novera, led a dedicated session on Product Engineering and the Future of Work, highlighting the skills modern technology professionals need beyond development — from problem-solving and product thinking to understanding business needs and creating solutions that deliver measurable value. Through SYS Youth Summit, Novera contributed to empowering the next generation of technology professionals with practical insights, industry perspectives, and the mindset needed to build impactful solutions and shape the future of technology.
